I started my first diet when I was in high school and I didn't stop for 9 years. I was 45 lbs heavier, had a horrible relationship with food, struggled with binge eating and poor body image thanks to the endless parade of restrictive fad diets that promised to fix everything.
When I learned how to fuel my body properly and changed my mindset around food, my relationship with food transformed. Once I learned WHY I was turning to food and implemented these strategies to stop, I was able to stop binge eating and overeating. Without me trying, the weight came off. I now love my body, have self confidence, and I realized that I just have to listen to my body to know everything I need to know.
That’s how it became a passion of mine to help to as many women as possible. So you can finally stop dieting and still meet your goals - through nutrition education and support from someone who’s been there.
